  • Finding feedback 
  • BeatLab - Talk to people who make music 
  • Yorkshire Film - Talk to small bussiness owners in and out of Yorkshire 
  • Continually engage with your customers to understand them




Use the BMC to ask questions to users and try and figure out if your ideas are on the right track 


Use this to find out what questions are the most important and unknown to you, so you can fully nderstand your product 

If I am aiming for artists, talk to artists and people who are interested in music production

Talk to small bussiness's in Yorkshire so that you understand them. / Poeple who buy from these small bussiness's 

Talk to people within the ecosystem 



Linkdin / Reddit / Product Hunch (Launching products) / Twitter 


This is all hypothetical just get data from anyone you can ask.

Bussiness model canvas: 1.Key partners - who are the suppliers, website hosts,  2.Key activities- The most important things you need to be able to perform to make the bussines work  3.Key resources -  ”The most important resources required to make the business work”:  • Financial, Human, Machinery, Warehousing, Distribution  • Intellectual Property, Patents, Brands  • Traffic or large Customer Base  • Trust  • Is this business feasible from your analysis? 4.Customer relationships - What is the bond with the customer.
